    The supervisor discusses problem areas (if any) and strategies for addressing them. All these input/discussions are very important and a great base for the final report.

    The final report
    The final report should always be written by the supervisor and include:

    1.     An overview of the questions discussed in the pre-observation meeting
    2.     The observations from the actual learning session. The observations should include parts the supervisor have written down during the observation. 
    3.     Suggestions to the teacher on how to develop his/her teaching
