This essay deals with my work-life balance. It will consider the time which I spend at work and for my hobbies. Do I think that I have enough free time for myself? Am I happy with my work-life balance? Finally, I will try to answer the question What should I do in a modern fast-living culture? How can I slow down and spend some time in silence?

Work is an important part of our lives but It is not above all things. I have a 9 to 18 workday officially. But I am a civil servant and often stay <del>on the job</del> at work until late. Work never ends - it is the rule that all office workers need to remember.

And work does not define life. It is rule number two.

That is why I am trying to follow these rules and always find a little time for my hobbies: reading, swimming, learning languages, unexpected home dancing. Also, I allow myself to be alone for at least 15 minutes per day. Meditation is a way to slow down for me as well. And It does not take a lot of time. I called it a "working parent with <del>a little benefits </del>little benefits/ a little benefit".

Besides, spending time with my family and friends as much as I can is my priority. <del>Such a feeling that it rarely seems enough</del>. This feeling rarely seems enough/ Such a feeling rarely seems enough/ This is such a feeling that it rarely seems enough. Life is the relation to everything: parents, family, children, ups and downs, things, facts, your actions and consequences. I guess it explains my point.

However, I belong to "the millennials" generation. We always have to do something, we are always busy. We have too many positions <del>in</del> on our to-do lists. And we are <del>burnout </del>burnt out.

I conducted research and <del>find </del>found a true quote about <del>the </del>millennials: "Things that should have felt good (leisure, not working) felt bad because we felt guilty for not working; things that should have felt "bad" (working all the time) felt good because we were doing what we thought we should and needed to be doing in order to succeed".

I am not unhappy with my work-life balance but there are essential points to pay attention to. For example, I have a midterm aim to encourage my feelings when I am tired (<del>do </del>not to do anything if I do not want to do it or have a reason for not doing that, or not to be working all the time, or not to be busy all the time). In short, be aware of <del>me </del>myself.

After all, what should we do if not to be attentive to ourselves?

Task achievement: All questions brilliantly addressed. As always, great and relevant ideas. 10/10
Grammar: Overall, great use of grammar structure, very appropriate for your level. There were some small mistakes regarding articles - we will revise this topic soon. 9/10
Some particular comments:
1) The use of tenses!
"I conducted research and found" - Past Simple
"We are burnt out" - This is Present Simple Passive: Subject + be + third form of the verb
2) Negative Infinitive
"Not to do anything if I don't want to do it"
"Not to be working all the time"
Vocabulary: Apart from using most of the words from the list, you also used words from your own vocabulary in a correct and skillful manner. 10/10
Some particular comments:
"At work" is a typical phrase to refer to spending time at your working place.
Cohesion and coherence: Very good use of paragraphing: you have an introduction, a conclusion, and each paragraph represents a complete idea. They are linked correctly with linking words. Well done! 10/10
