Classroom Support File Template

Class teachers need to use this template if they have concerns with any students and are giving them extra support in the classroom. For example; in subject areas, with transition's, classroom routines, timetables etc. They need to be then uploaded to the 'Continuum of Support' Folder on the drive. Please inform and discuss this with the SET teacher associated with your class.

Hey guys,

If the senior teachers could show this to your class at some point this week so they can understand what the committee will aim to do. I will come around to the classes this week as well to talk to them, either Thursday or Friday.
