We planned a trip with a stop in Miami beach. When we arrived we had a problem in the custom and Passport control. Incredibly, it was a large cue, and we lost the next fly that connecting Miami with Guatemala.
Then, the company only gave us a extremely  solution: slept in a expensive hotel but we had to pay the full price!
Obviously, we decided to sleep in the airport floor.
