There are different ways to teach students about history, sometimes it depends on the child and how they learn, most children like to learn with something they are familiar with: such as videos. But make sure they are educational

I think the best way to teach students about history with the use of technology is watching educational videos about the topic and interacting with presentations. For example, when giving a presentation about specific states, you could have the students go up to the board and have them drag or point to where a state is.
-Makayla Wright

The best use of technology to teach students about history would be to find fun videos that they could relate to. From my experience in elementary and middle school, history was very hard for me to understand and I found it boring. When the teacher played videos like BrainPoP, it made history a little more enjoyable to learn about.

I feel as if the best use of technology to teach your students is through videos! Especially through history. From what I've experienced from back in school is that most students will pay attention only if videos or pictures are involved.
