All the candidates come various different business background, from owning their own photo booth company, to florist, owner of a confectionery company, PR and fashion agency owner and recruitment firm owner. All the candidate talk highly of their skillsy. James talks about how from an age of 13 he used to wash cars in his local village and for that reason, though would make a good leader in the task surrounding selling cars. Elizabeth is an extremely dominant character, often taking over even when not a project manager. Joanne is an argumentative person, often bickering and giving snide comments about or too other candidates.

My favorite episode is episode 7 when the candidates have to do the marketing for a new car. One team made a complete shambles of their television advert, booking a medieval village instead of a a typical country village like they expected, even though it was in the name. Also cars sales is something we can see in the everyday environment, so personally i found it much more entertaining critically looking at their adverts compared to ones I see everyday. My least favorite episode was episode 3, the selling of robots. I much prefer when a task is a lot more relatable and something you see on the everyday, because it highlights the stupidity of their decisions even more.

In episode 7, the two different teams had two very different team dynamics. The first team was led by James, who at times didn't feel like the leader and was over powered in decision making, mostly by Elizabeth, who tried to do everything from being the director at times and making sure her idea of how the advert will be will be the one that was done, to staring in the advert and wanting to be the voice over. In contrast the other team was lead by Michaela, who felt like she was too much of a strong leader and didn't listen to the ideas of her teams, mainly Andrew. At times it felt like she didn't even listen to his suggestions rather went with her own vision.

I believe Andrew will win the competition as he seems to have a confidence that surrounds him, which is needed to come out on top in these situations. Also when making decisions with confidence he seems to be one of the candidates who doesn't lead the teams down a failing rout by suggestion something ridiculous. Also at the moment is seen as a young and immature contestant and is seen as not a competition by many. However he has a charm which will enable him to become a good leader and motivate people to succeed in the tasks. Along with the confidence to really lead a team and make those tough decisions when needed.

In week 7, I do not agree with Lord Sugar's decision to fire Sajan based on his lack of creativity. In the task they failed, the team struggled mostly because of two other contestants, those being James because of his inability to lead and make decisions and control his team, and also Elizabeth for being far to controlling and making most of the decisions even though a lot of her members disagreed and ultimately cost her team the win with those decisions.

There has been many points of the three circle model was used effectively. On most tasks, the leader of each task sat down with all the members and defined objectives and set clear goals. However where it often failed to used the three circle model was in delegation. Lots of time the leader took on most of the roles within the task and didn't delegate well. For example in episode 7 Michaela had a hard time delegating the different roles and took on a lot of the tasks, such as directing the video as well as giving the pitch even though she her self stated she probably wasn't the best person for the job due to her nerves.

I disagree with Lord Suger’s decision. Because I think, comparing to Sajan who is fired due to lack of creativity, Joanna Jarjue is the one should be fired. She is a person who argues with her teammates all the time, she is too aggressive to communicate with others. What’s more, she refuses to admit her mistake and would conclude the reason why they lost on other people’s faults rather than herself. I think this kind of people could contribute more negative effects than positive. Also, the brand name she gave and the idea of the digital post seem worse than Sajan.

this
tasks of their team are well done, mainly because she has good leadership skills and she has rationally assigned everyone's tasks. At the same time, she made a relatively good decision. Conversely, another team, James's team, failed and James was dominated by a strong Elizabeth due to his lack of leadership. As a leader, in the opinion of the Chinese people, we must have a certain spirit and can be convincing. Michaela's team was split into two groups, and I found it very efficient for her group to do the job. On the one hand, she is more respectful of the opinions of each member. Even if all the teams have some differences and fierce arguments, but she is very good to avoid such a problem. The three members of Anisa Topan's group, though with their own unique opinions, clearly have some flaws in Anisa's personal decision-making. The end result, though not significantly affected, still affects Michaela's entire team. However, their division of labor is more perfect cooperation, mainly Anisa and she is not in a group, two more powerful women did not conflict.
