The first 5 bullets, I thought, "yeah, got it. Agree." but the last.... follow their lead. This is something I want to think about and lean into more, because I think this is where the real aha for the kiddoes can happen. I want to think about what shifts I need to make for that.

I like to animate gestures for thinking in order to give everyone time to think and respond.

I have been thinking a lot about purposeful play and choice in the context of WT lessons. As a general teaching practice, I believe that we are able to cultivate play with teachers, offering the opportunity to deepen their play to support children play.
