That the segregation of schools made blacks feel inferior than whites.&nbsp;Linda Brown was told that she couldn't go to school closer to her home because she was colored and had to go to a colored school that was out of the way.</div>]]></description>

MARYLAND <br>Thurgood Marshall decided to go to court against University of Maryland School of Law because they were rejecting black applicants due to their race.&nbsp;<br>SWEAT V. PAINTER<br>&nbsp;African American named Heman Sweat applied to the University of Texas law school for a better education. The ¨black¨ school wasn't giving the same academic caliber as the white schools.&nbsp;<br>These and many other cases was for the same reason and caused the Brown case to have more evidence. These cases helped with the changing of schools and the changing of school systems.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
