First incident:                                                                                               
·      No fee for accidental damage to the mobile device; letter to parents/guardians.
·      Full price of repair or replacement for a mobile device intentionally damaged/or damaged due to clear neglect, to be determined by the school and meeting with parents/guardians required.
·      Fee of €100 for lost mobile device and meeting with parents/guardians required.
·      Fee of €25 for lost, stolen or damaged AC adapter.
 
Second incident: 
·      Fee of €100 for accidental damage to the mobile device; letter to parents/guardians.
·      Full price of repair or replacement for an intentionally damaged mobile device and meeting with parents/guardians required.

They should be encouraged to bring chargers to use during lessons. Another suggestion is to have a charging station in, say, ISS where students can put their device on charge at the beginning of lunch and collect it at the end. If devices are 'with ITS' then there should be a system of loan replacements so that students can still participate in lessons. A cool solution could be to set up a mini course for them on ebsb which they can complete in registration and get rewarded for (merits..). They could watch mini video tutorials and then complete a quiz linked to the video. They have to wait at ISS and miss their break or a chunk of their lunch. Could one registration a week be given up to the tutor asking if there are any problems? A bit like Friday morning is quiz morning for a lot of us.  Could each tutor group have an IT specialist or rep, a bit like student council?
