I've been into taking photos ever since I was seven. That year, I begged and begged my parents for a camera. Eventually I got a point and shoot and my love has only grown since then. I think that's really the reason why I'm so passionate about music. It only fuels and fuels it. ANYWAYS! In this choir, we travel every year to another country, whether it be for the World Choir Games (South Africa 2018 is coming up!!!) or for a concert tour. Last year, we had the amazing opportunity to perform in St. Peters' Basilica in the Vatican! Talk about life changing! Through this group I've had amazing opportunities, ones I know I wouldn't get anywhere else. When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead is a complete masterpiece! It's realistic fiction with a bit of science fiction as the 'twist' ending. The book raises really deep topics for any little second grader, but I was hooked. Not gonna lie, I cried the first time I finished it. The ending is really beautiful.
