It's getting easier to recognize what levels students are at to better meet their individual learning needs.  Finally, I'm starting to see CGI as a system that's getting so much easier to navigate.

If students are able to direct model by counting by tens or if they are recognizing the how place value effects the numbers. 
  I also did not realize the difference in division types. The measurement division versus the partitive division methods. That will be helpful in getting my students to recognize and solve division problems in the future.
