This post was not what I thought I'd be writing after all the obstacles you've been able to overcome with our difficult partner. We made this transition to USC together, essentially thrown in the fire. However, during your tenure, you've coached many of us to grow and strive for greatness as we navigated ambiguity. Personally, over the last four years, you were the one constant in the abundance of change.
