To overcome my fears, for me the first step is to acknowledge that fear exists and consider it as a teacher. Understand that everyone has fears, whether they stem from performance anxiety, fear of failure, and pressure of leadership roles.

Embracing fear allows me to confront them rather than avoid them and is part of my journey that will not only help me overcome obstacles but also my personal growth and
