Having a digital role would really help to achieve this since I can't currently delegate those aspects at present. Development in instructional design and video creation is an area that's lacking in me/Kieran so dedicating time to this or again, a digital role would help. We're not very good at predicting time/workload of things. Reluctant to say this because it feels too much like big brother but I wonder if we start using the timesheet for all work and not just projects so we can start to at least learn how long things are taking us?

To help with saying no, I recently calculated how much time I had for everything between now and January, scheduling it all in my calendar so now I'm better able to say whether I will/won't be able to do something when someone asks.
