         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel much more focused on my own role; also able to spend more dedicated time on things (less meetings / more efficient meetings) meaning I'm feeling like I'm fulfilling my role better on a day to day basis.&nbsp;<br><br>I also feel like we're in more of a flow working together as a team. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Having George/Sam to support with the legwork of commissioning has been a real help. Katy also being able to contribute expertise as to the content of commissions has also been really helpful. 3Play for captions is a dream and working this into future budgets would be immense. My interplay with Kieran's role and delegation there is working better. We've used an 'act then advise' model and a 'recommend then act' approach to help with this.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes I'm leading on content creation or how something is achieved in an online format and sometimes not. That leaves me confused about when I should be stepping forward/back. Sometimes it's inevitably workload related but that should ideally be the exception. I presume a lot of the time when people want me to take things on and I really should just ask - is this a me thing or a you thing?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm looking to delegate more of the online activity/design work to Kieran from January - setting up polls, quizzes, Padlets. Copying and pasting content into pages of a course/lessons. This will be an issue until then but more manageable knowing there might be an end in sight.<br><br>Kieran is a Google trainer - we never really use this to make the most of tools/ways of working?<br><br>George is great at proofreading. Though routinely using Miriam's team too is good.<br><br>I often wonder whether we use Gemma/LM/Joe/Alice enough? Could we also use Miriam/Phoebe/Alice for pulling reading lists together/curation of content?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Currently Lia and I crossover on events&nbsp; and I wonder if there would be benefit from someone developing more specialism here and delegating some responsibility (I think it was in Sam's Job Spec but don't know if he has the capacity) also have always found it strange that CCT events manager isn't involved / utilised (appreciating it's a capacity thing)<br><br>Setting up an assessment inbox should help to separate some of the emails a bit</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Meeting with colleagues at Ambition/Teach First and others has made me realise that having time to develop online learning principles, study research and refine our organisational approach to online learning is where I want to be ultimately. Doing less of all the busy creation and doing and more of the strategic side. Or at least having the option of choosing to do some creation/doing aspects when I'd like to. Having a digital role would really help to achieve this since I can't currently delegate those aspects at present. Development in instructional design and video creation is an area that's lacking in me/Kieran so dedicating time to this or again, a digital role would help. I'd basically like to feel confident and competent and far less frazzled!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I wonder if the publishing team might have insight to share with us on this?<br><br>We're not very good at predicting time/workload of things. Reluctant to say this because it feels too much like big brother but I wonder if we start using the timesheet for all work and not just projects so we can start to at least learn how long things are taking us?<br><br>To help with saying no, I recently calculated how much time I had for everything between now and January, scheduling it all in my calendar so now I'm better able to say whether I will/won't be able to do something when someone asks. I struggle with feeling like I'm letting someone down though so I often feel I have to provide a solution to my no.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I struggle with this as I know I ask a lot of you! I'm always conscious of financial targets, which I hate, that mean that when there's projects with money attached it's tempting to say yes - and whilst these often include backfill funding for staffing, sometimes it's hard to actually recruit in time, so it ends up being another thing to do<br><br>Thinking about the deadlines we set seems important. Understanding what's flexible and what's not.<br><br>It being OK to miss a deadline!</div>]]></description>
