         <description><![CDATA[<p>1. School performance (academic result) : decrease -- look at overall program (the planning) : students. taechers, parents and stakeholders involvement - intervention from admin sides (alignment )--&gt; consistent follow through -- </p><p>2. Students factors: may be not fully engaging -- look at intiatives- revisit or co-designing --&gt; Jewels and Gems --&gt; motivation and individualised support, Lesson Observation,  Teaching &amp; Learning review, Trackers (traffic light) and target setting, motivation</p><p>3. Teacher effectiveness: teachers support, training and resources availability. Quality check on teachers using lesson observations, work scrutiny and feedback.</p><p>4.  Students absentism: addresses challenges , Schools can collaborate with families and communities to provide support for students in need. Attendance monitoring system using traffic light system. extrinsic reward to students on individualand class&nbsp;attendance.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Science students [Gems] did not achieve credits in Pure sciences.</p><p>From 32 students [2 Science classes], only 22 managed to obtain 5 Credits &amp; above [69%].</p><p>&nbsp;Chem: 87% to 50% and Physics: 90% to 67%</p><p>Why? These students struggled since Year 9 – unable to apply key concepts because &nbsp;their foundational understanding was weak. There could be possibility of lacking engaging learning activities with these bunch of students.</p><p>How?</p><ul><li><p>Frequent LO / LW in Science classes to check quality T&amp;L.</p></li><li><p>Work review with subject teachers after each assessment to track / update progress.</p></li><li><p>Work review with students, sharing targets &amp; tracking their own progress.</p></li><li><p>Science HoD revise the departmental action plans/ initiatives for all levels</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Near miss students [3 – 4 Credits].</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 22 students obtain only 3-4 credits.</p><p>Why? Most students could reach to scoring D in that targeted subjects, where these subjects were scored E and U in QE.&nbsp;</p><p>How?</p><ul><li><p>Frequent LO / LW in specified targeted classes to check quality T&amp;L.</p></li><li><p>Work inclusively with subject teachers [individualized tracking].</p></li><li><p>Refine Vk4U program [frequent meet ups with <em>bapa/ibu angkat </em>using <em>Grow Me Model</em>]</p></li><li><p>Admin attending work review with students concerned to set targets &amp; individualized progress tracking.</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Low in Attendance</p><p>Why? Students frequent absent from school, as well as, did not attend extra classes &amp; <em>Suntikan Terakhir.</em></p><p>How?</p><ul><li><p>Inform parents that attendance &nbsp;for all programs is compulsory.</p></li><li><p>Taskforce for monitoring purposes.</p></li><li><p>Share all programs with parents</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Students score only &nbsp;0 credits.</p><p>Why? 11 students have 0 credits. They did not score credits in BM, IRK, Sas &amp; Art. These students were red zone students [Grade U] since Year9.</p><p>How?</p><ul><li><p>Work with the concerned HoDs to help students score at least 1-2 credits. To reflect and identify specific areas need to improve and develop action plans to achieve the goals and target setting</p></li><li><p>Pulling out their privileges (CCA, competitions, school visits).</p></li><li><p>Liaise with Career section to share them with their career choices.</p></li><li><p>Parental support especially in finishing up projects (not to the standard).</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
