The <strong>one dish meal</strong> suggestions have six basic ingredients in amounts to prepare four average servings. The basic recipe includes pasta, rice, bread (starch); meat, poultry, fish, beans, or eggs (protein); cooked vegetables; liquids/sauces; seasonings; and optional toppings.<br>For example:<br>This is a super fast and simple <strong>sheet pan sausage &amp; veggies (zucchini and carrots)</strong>. Everything cooks in one pan in 20 minutes. Cooking and cleaning up is a breeze. I have been doing mostly one-pan cooking for the past few weeks due to a busy schedule, it ensures that I still have time to cook and eat well.</div>]]></description>
