         <description><![CDATA[<p>In Sudan, the Use of technology in schools faces many problems. This report will introduce these three problems, address their causes, and recommend some doable solutions. </p><p>To begin with, the primary issue hindering the effective use of technology in Sudan is poverty. According to the World Bank's most recent report, 89% of the population lives below the poverty line. The second key problem is the lack of the necessary infrastructure, such as internet connection, in most areas of the country.  However, the most significant hindrance to the use of technology in the country is the lack of fundamental awareness among policymakers of the importance of technology in education. </p><p>The root cause of almost all these problems is the lack of a stable government in Sudan for decades and the ongoing civil war that has plagued the country for around half a century. </p><p>  </p>]]></description>
