Each offer unique benefits depending on the nature of goods, delivery distance, and urgency. Effective management allows companies to select the optimal mode to meet their specific needs.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>II) Challenges </strong></p><p>Logistics management faces several challenges that impact efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
