The process that was used was a grant application-based process with decisions overseen by a funding panel called the Network of Networks, consisting of members from the different networks. Through the process up to £10,000 was available and decisions were carried out over 3 days and roughly £120k was deployed over this time. 7 grants went to networks and 16 grants went to projects.

• removed the need to use Slack;
• changed from needing 6 individuals to needing 3 organisations per submission;
• shifted the language from Advice' to 'Support' as a descriptor for the 2nd phase of the process;
• widened access to £250 a POP to include prospective POP Collective collaborations.
