Salt and condiments to taste.</div><div>3. 2 heads of garlic.&nbsp;</div><div>4. Cooked cassava</div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Preparation&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div>First, the meat is condimented. Second, the wood stove turnes on outdoors. The meat is skewered on wooden sticks and placed on the fire. Then two or three hours are expected for it to be roasted.<br><br></div><div>Next, the cassava is cooked separately whit salt to taste and water. Last of all when it is roasted it is cut into pieces and served with cassava.<br><br></div><div><strong>¡ENJOY THE MEAT ROASTED!</strong><br><br></div>]]></description>
