A1. You are absolutely right to have concerns re lack of tech devices - it is essential to ensure inclusiveness in our classrooms. What are your concerns re "lack of interest"? Or is that connected to lack of devices?
A2 Glad you see the value of correction codes:) - learners need some training on using them though.
A3. 100%. Caring is sharing. :))

A1. Time management can be a problem since the teachers attention PLC may not be easily adapted to the newly presented activities during PLC. They may spend extra times in planning and organizing their ideas.

A2. For learners, they may feel shy to speak in front of the others and feel scared of mispronunciation. For teachers, they may ignore speaking activities since their own spoken English and knowledge of speaking practices are not good enough due to lack of implementation in the lessons.

A3. Thanks to the new platforms and apps I learnt, I now know better that the students can more responsibility in their own language journey by creating their own language contents, taking videos, drawing, preparing paperslides etc.

A1. "Time-saving, Innovative and motivating". It lets teachers save time while making sure that the ss with understanding problems are also learning in their own speed and not steping back. Thus, the teachers proceed with good time management. It lets the ts try different methods instead of just traditional deductive teaching. It motivates the ss and keep their interests alive since they can catch up with their peers

A2. In the beginning of implementing this method, the ss may feel nervous about having this much responsible for their learning process and they may be in need of scaffolding in a regular basis.

A3. First, they are possible to feel nervous and pay not enough attention due to their lack of motivation and interest

A1. The explicit way is used the most since the teacher just gives out the rules and ask the students memorize them instead of understanding the rules thoroughly by themselves.

A2. For the implicit session, "democratic learning environment", "meaningful activities", "long-term gain", "time saving" can be used.

A3. As someone can guess, there will be strong objections to digitise or change their teaching style and methods. Some reasons for this are crowded classrooms, student's lack of interest and low socio-economic background, teachers' lack of interest in being innovative, their low salaries, etc.

A4. I can make it by letting students have the idea, meaning and the function
of each new grammar unit by themselves. They need the feeling of success and need to make a self-directed understanding instead of just listening to teacher's direct grammar rule explanations. By this way, language will start meaning something alive to them that they can use in their lives to build connections with others, and not being just a theory-based lesson.

A1. I agree with this statement. When the ss learn directly the meaning in Turkish, and when connected with nothing else, they don't have an opportunity to use the language in the real life, to associate it with real situations. Additionally, they regard Turkish always as an escape gate not to speak in English, and don't even try.

A2. I strongly agree with this statement. When the ss keep notes with own handwriting, drawings and anything belonging to them, they also feel that they are the leaders in their own language learning journey. This lets them keep their energy and eagerness to learn more.

A3. Definitely agreeing with that.

A1. I don't agree with the first assessment since we need to take the students' need into consideration while assessing their learning. The school can be aware of every single student's weak points, strong sides, the ways of learning, etc. Additionally, the formal exams don't enable students to practice language, to be creative and to be productive. Besides, this kind of exams doesn't pay enough attention to the learning progress, but only to the result.

A1. I now know that a facilitator is an information source or a leader to direct others, but someone who enables teachers share their own problems, their solutions, ideas and different materials.

A2. Facilitator's role is convenient in terms of preparing a stress-free environment for local teachers. Therefore, t's can be honest while sharing their own experiences since there will be no judgement or scoring.

A3. We had some certain benefits from Whatsapp and telegram groups as well as Google forms to keep up with all the new information and documents we had during this period.

A4. First, I need to give them a reason to keep on being on this project. Motivation is a key factor to start and continue to do something. I will help them understand the numerous benefits of it for themselves, for students, for the country's education level etc.

A5. I'd like to know the further details about the extent of a facilitator's role in the implementation of all the newly-learnt methods and platforms. Will there will be a regular sharing about the ones we have in our real classes.
