I'm a big admirer of Rafa Nadal and I'm pretty sad he had to retire. I think he is a big example of perseverance and hard-work. In my opinion media should enhance more the public figures of sportspeople such as Rafa Nadal, which embrace good values, rather than the ones of influencers or people who just show parties and money.

What do you think?
Is abortion a right?

I have been very surprised about the big demagogy following the US Supreme Court decision on abortion and I'm going to share why.

First the fact that they call abortion a "human right". According to the UN "Human rights are rights we have simply because we exist as human beings". The "right to kill a baby" is not a human right. Abortion is what happens when the right to life of the baby collisions with the right to personal and physical integrity of the mother. Calling abortion a right would be the same as saying censorship is a right.

Second by the escalation of saying that if abortion is regulated it may equal to people dying in ilegal clinics. There are other options. Starting with a huge variety of contraceptive methods, followed by giving women economical help in case it was needed or even adoption.

To conclude I want to say I can understand it is not an easy topic, but it's a debate worth having.

What are your opinions? I can't wait to read you!

This article talks about one of the biggest industrial catastrophes of the modern era. Some people think it is even worse than Chernobyl. In 1984 a gas leak from a pesticide plant in Bhopal, India exposed over half a million people to a toxic gas. 4,000 people died instantly, 8,000 died within the next 2 weeks, 8,000 more years later due to gas-related injuries. There were almost 600,000 people injured due to the gas, some of them with permanently disabling injuries. After all that death and suffering the people responsible for the company didn’t have any responsibility. Should we make companies pay for their impact on the environment?

Nowadays more and more aspects of our live are being governed by algorithms. When you log onto the internet, the adds that will appear on your feed, the news that will pop-up when you search for a piece of information, everything is programmed to tailor each individuals needs. But is this algorithm as flawless as we think?

Many people think that as this algorithm is a mathematical equation it can't be wrong. However, we must never forget that the algorithm is compiled by people, who can always be biased.

To start with the simple fact of trying to reduce a human being into a code of 1's and 0's is a wrong starting point. It's reducing a person to a couple of boxes and it's impossible to quantify all the different aspects of a human being in just a few questions. There is not a one size fits all.

So why is AI dangerous? The problem lies on the fact that every time more and more processes are being automatised by machines with no human supervision whatsoever. So if an algorithm says that a percentage of people who are black don't return their loans, then the algorithm will ban black people from getting loans, without any further research.

To sum up, technology has made humans live easier and AI is a big step forward towards making our life easier, but there should be always human supervision, as no machine will ever be able to understand the complexity of the human being.

What do you think? I can't wait to hear your thoughts about it!

I don't know if you have seen Tolkien's movie (2019) but in my opinion the movie is a fallacy.

Brilliant people, like Father Francis Xavier Morgan, represent him like cruel and stupid. When he actually saved the Tolkien family, with true faith and material need. After Tolkien family being abandoned by all his Protestant relatives who did not accept the conversion of Mabel Tolkien (Tolkien's mother).

They also don't mention in the movie that Mabel Tolkien was a martyr for the Catholic religion. Not even that "TCBS" was a group to change the world through (Christian) art. As JRR Tolkien says, The Lord of the Rings "is of course a fundamentally religious and Catholic work."

To conclude, this movie is very bad, because they don't explain the most important thing: that Tolkien was a Catholic like his works.

Saint Tolkien pray for us!
If you have seen Tolkien's film (2019) do not hesitate to comment on the obvious differences.

The spanish driver did it again after 1071 days. He did THE POLE POSITION!!!! I've been following Marc Marquez for 10 years and this rider is allways impressing me more and more, after his injury he is able to make the fastest time two tenths faster than Zarco, the french rider that is riding for Pramac Racing. As a conclusion we can say that Marc is and will be the best moto-rider of this world, he did an unhuman thing he is just from other world! HE IS GOAT (Greatest Of All Times)

Sepideh Rashno, Mahsa Amini and Nika Shakarami, three Iranian women, were detained for not wearing the hijab, which is required by Iranian law. It was seen as a message to those who resisted the state's mandatory dress code, but it had the opposite effect. Iranian women rebelled after the death of Mahsa Amini at the hands of the police. The protests spread across Iran within a week. The women burn the veil and cut their hair in protest. In these protests the Iranians demand the end of the government of Ayatollah Khamenei. In many schools, female students expel the school authorities and hang signs that say: “woman, life, freedom” in the classrooms. So far hundreds of women have been killed in the protests, including a 16-year-old named Nika Shakarami. In my opinion, this is only the beginning of a revolution that we do not know how it will end, but in which I hope that Iranian women get the same rights as men.

I was very amused by this news and that is why I wanted to share it with everyone because of how curious it is, the great tree of possibilities existing in the world produces one in which the sun through solar erosions gives a sensation or rather has the shape of a smiling face that could imply how much you like hahahaha

The image was captured at NASA's solar dynamics laboratory, specifically the black spots that make the sun smile are known as coronal holes. Many people compared to the sun with a Halloween pumpkin, with a lion, with the sun of teletubbies

This smiling sun has a dark side and is that coronal holes are indications of a solar storm, for those who do not know solar storms are various eruptions of mass and energy in the sun, these storms alter the Earth's magnetic field and make events such as auroras more visible.

Brazil's left-wing former president, Lius Ignácio Lula da Silva, defeated right-wing candidate Jair Bolsonaro in the second round by just over one percent in one of the country's most significant and painful elections.
Bolsonaro's postulates are the defense of life, freedom of expression, Christian values, lower taxes and defense of the police. Lula, on the other hand, defends abortion, gender ideology, feminism and the LGBT lobby, higher taxes on the rich and is in favor of the PCC.
Yesterday there was a dispute between communism and freedom. In the last Spanish-American elections, the left won 6 of the last 7 elections.
In my opinion, Brazil will soon become a dictatorship, like Cuba and Venezuela, also with communist leaders. Latin America is condemned to poverty, misery and death.

Many people see colour as something normal, you can see many shades and bright around you, and you see it as daily. But they are more complicated as they seem.

This article, although brief, is really interesting and gives a lot of information. For example, they explain how the colour is a light effect, between how the light waves reflects and how the eye's nerve detects it. This perception is what we call colour. Now imagine what would happen if your eye nerve is damaged or has some anormal problem that affects it. The result will be that your perception of the world will change, and what you see as green, maybe is blue or red, or another colour.

Many theories about colour have appeared along the time, such as the Isaac Newton, about how to combine, to mix and to manipulate the colour spectrum. The article defines three properties of the colour and a brief view of the colour wheel.

I think that we underestimate how the colour works, how it is used, how important it is, and for that reason I found this article quite interesting for all.

Kahrimanovic got the record by cutting 68 wooden bats in one minute, but I have continued to research this man and it is clear that Kahrimanovic is no rookie at this record breaking thing. It was a crushing victory for the azulgrana team with a 0-4, with this one it's already nine victories without losing the classic.
Despite the casualties of Barcelona, very sensitive especially Alexia Putellas (the winner of her second golden ball), Barcelona has passed over Real Madrid showing that it is a team with a lot of goal and dominates all the records of the game.

Barça beat Alberto Toril's team, who couldn't do anything to avoid the defeat. Crnogorcevic had already put the azulgranas ahead after 4 minutes and Patri widened the gap before the break. Aitana Bonmatí and Rolfö in the second half completed a scoreline that could have been scandalous had it not been for the stellar performance of Madrid goalkeeper Misa.

It is not necessary that the classic has to be only the male, with the female can also enjoy a good game full of emotions.

Very people demand the resignation of the government chinesse and request freedom and democracy. Nevertheless, the communist party represses strongly all expressions of dissent. Nearly three years into the pandemic, people are tired of the government's relentless use of lockdowns, Covid tests, and quarantines, as well as increasingly strict censorship and an ongoing assault on personal liberties. It has not only been the restrictions that have given rise to the proposals, but also the abuse and mistreatment of citizens by the police.
In my opinion, I believe that the Chinese government is greatly exaggerating the measures that must be taken to combat the virus, since many of them directly attack the freedoms of citizens.

You are a writer and you die with little recognition, yet over the years your face appears next to that of Queen Elizabeth II (God rest her soul) on the 10 pound bill.
That's right, this is Jane Austen, one of the most important writers of English literature. Austen was born in 1775 in Stevenson, a small town in the county of Hampshire. Victorian times, she was born into a family where money moved and this allowed her to devote herself to what she loved, writing.
Jane had six brothers and a sister, Cassandra. At the age of 20 she met a young man named Thomas Lefroy. Some letters Jane wrote to her sister about Thomas are preserved. However, it was not all flowers, as Lefroy's sister wanted her to marry someone who had a lot of money, which Jane lacked.
This event marks her vision of love, and at the same time she writes Pride and Prejudice. And contrary to the case of the writer, in the book the difference in social classes does not prevent the love story ends well.
Although Austen's novels are understood as romantic, the truth is that there is a strong criticism of society and the role left to women, the romantic drama is an excuse to trap the reader.

After a season without results at McLaren and with everything in his favor to leave Formula 1 forever, he finds a place in which to continue fighting to be able to drive one of the twenty single-seaters that run in the Grand Prix.
Although this year he will not be able to race in any grand prix, at least he will be able to drive a few laps in the car of Checo Perez or Max Verstapen, these being the best cars on the current grid

If you have been watching and revising motor's notices then you should know the topic SIMRACING.
Simracing is a kind of eSport where you need to simulate that you are driving a car in a video game, however it is very realistic. For playing this kind of video games that simulate drive, you need to have a steering wheel with shifters mostly, and also the pedals, throttle, brake, and the clutch one. SIMRACING could seem unrealistic, however, most of the greatest drivers on the world are using this type of stuff, to practice for their oficial races. For example we 've seen Max Verstappen, the two times world champion in formula 1, and he was using a simulator of racing to practice for his races.

It is clear that animals are sensitive beings, who can develop affective bonds both with humans and with other animals, as well as they can be victims of pain and stress when they are subjected to a negative environment, mistreatment or abandonment.

The dog is fond of its owners, and is happy when it meets them, in the same way that a child is happy to see his parents. But dogs’ reaction when meeting their owners is much more intense.

The movie "Always by your side" starring actor Richard Gere, teaches us the great love of a dog towards its owners.

It is based on a true story about Hachiko, a Japanese dog. Hachiko’s owner, Ueno, a Japanese teacher, took the train every day to go to work. Hachiko waited for Ueno at the train station even after the death of his owner.

This story was so moving and had such a social impact among the population that it was decided to create a bronze statue in honor of the faithful dog in 1934.

Two weeks ago, the government of CyL (Vox and PP) approved new pro-life measures that consist in the next:
1. The women pregnant that want abort, they will have access to psicosocial care.
2. Listen the heartbeat of her baby.
3. See a ecografy in 4D of the baby.
4. Conscientious objection for the doctors that don't want do the abort.
These four measures have created controversy. The left consider that these measures cut the women rights and the president of the government don't rule out apply the article 155 in CyL. The high positions of PP stand against to this measures, and the only political party completely in favor is Vox.
These measures, in my opinion, don't cut the women rights. Firstly, because abort aren't a right, though it's legal. Secondly, these measures only inform to women that what they are going to kill is their child, and through image and sound, try to get them to continue the pregnancy.
I am totally in favor of these measures approved by Juan García Gallardo (Vox) and I hope that the otrer autonomous communities follow the way of CyL.

So all we need to do is to choose the time that best suits our possibilities to observe it.

The Japanese movie called Kimi No Nawa or Your Name is a movie with excellent animation and story plot.

The movie is about two students of the same age who live in different places and who have a normal life until the appearance of a comet that breaks and coerces the earth. From that moment on, the protagonists constantly change their bodies overnight, literally causing them great confusion. Little by little they fall in love with each other, making her go to look for him at his home, but he does not recognize her and this is because, apart from changing bodies, they travel a distance of three years in the time line. When they change bodies again, he leaves him a note with the observations of the weather he has observed and he decides to investigate for his part. When he tries to go look for her, he finds the story that the comet crashed into the town. The story ends with the salvation of the town thanks to the communication of the protagonists but once the problem is over they forget everything that they had to do with each other, leaving in their reunion the phrase that gives rise to the title and leaving an open ending ;-;

The film has received nominations because of its impressive animation and details.

I recommend it with all my energy, it is a film that, even if only for the animation, is worth seeing apart from the emotion that each one can feel because it is a subjective case.

From the delicacy of classical ballet to the spontaneous movements of urban music, dance is characterised by a special sensitivity that is expressed through body movement.

The figure of the professional dancer is often identified with a woman. This idea stems from a series of stereotypes and preconceived ideas, such as "dance is for girls" because they have a more delicate body, while "boys who dance are effeminate".

The reality is that dancing at a professional level requires great physical fitness and the best dancers spend hundreds of hours training, just like elite sportsmen and women.

On the other hand, male and female dancers have to deal with sexist and homophobic comments that are rooted in the gender roles that have been created over centuries in society. The best way to fight against these stereotypes is to go for a dance free of prejudices, in which only people express themselves through their bodies.

Have you ever...? Why does this beginning sound familiar for me? Maybe because I've talked about the moon before? It doesn't matter, the question here is if you have ever looked at the sky at night to find some shapes with that shining little points above. Because, I have.

I'm starting to think that I'm in love with night, and maybe it can be true, because I can spend hours and hours watching the nocturn sky and desiring its return during the day. It has something that attracts me as the light attracts a moth.

It is magic, there's light in the dark, many small spots of light that become an enormous sphere of light that covers all the world. Being honest, the poetry behind that sight is not the only think that draws me to the night. I can't stop my imagination when I'm looking the stars, it is like my mind couldn't stop working while I'm under the night. And being sincere with myself, I don't think I'll want to detain it.

Night always have had in me a special effect, and I'm sure I'm not the only person in the whole planet who has the same trouble as me. Otherwise, I'm going to do what always I've done, get out of my bed and watch the sky.

This is the famous 1998 movie that tells the story of Moses. The prophet who freed the Hebrew people from slavery in Egypt and led them to the Promised Land and the bearer of the Ten Commandments.

In "The Prince of Egypt", at minute 3:25, we can see the dubbing of the film. It's impressive like the actors take their protagonists so seriously. The actor who impresses me the most is Ralph Fiennes, when he has to do a long, loud scream. Fiennes doubles as Ramses, the pharaoh.

At minute 6:36 we can see how the singer Ofra Haza plays the mother of Moses. Haza sing the lullaby to Moses before throwing him into the river. Awesome. I get the willies. The song she sings is Deliver us. The composer of this magnificent film is Hanz Zimmer, the best composer in the all world.

What do you think of dubbing? Which one do you like the most? Which one do you like least?

This video contains one conversation between J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis.

Tolkien tries to convince Lewis that the myths are true and hopeful. However, Lewis isn't very clear.
Lewis wasn't a Catholic, well, he had more Catholic beliefs than Protestants. But we have to accept that he didn't convert. That is why Tolkien was very angry and upset when he found out that his friend C.S. Lewis had died (1963) without taking the final step: becoming a Catholic (because he had all the means to take the big step). Still, they were very good friends.

So, I leave you with the video, I hope you like it. Leave the comments if Tolkien has convinced you.
50th anniversary of Tolkien's death

Podemos gives himself an injection of pride at the gates of 28M and warns Díaz that he is not "an ornament of the PSOE"

There are occasions in which the acts of political parties have the objective of sending a message to the whole of society. But, on other occasions, the formations look for something else: harangue their bases to keep the ranks tight and morale high. And the Spring Festival held this Friday and Saturday by Podemos was more of the second type, since in it the main message conveyed by the leaders was that Podemos is not only necessary, but also essential in the recomposition of the left. so that it maintains its hallmarks and to repeat the coalition government. And hence the notice to sailors to Yolanda Díaz: compared to her less aggressive style, Podemos does not intend to be "an ornament of the PSOE".

With that appetizer, those attending the event were ready for the main course: the main meeting, in which the number one and two of the party, Ione Belarra and Irene Montero, participated, along with several of the regional candidates for the 28 elections. of May. And, with some difficulties due to the strong wind that, in fact, forced the meeting to end outside the main stage planned for it, Belarra insisted on the same idea before a dedicated audience: that Podemos will resist despite those who "repeat like a mantra that sinks, even since before 2015, they have repeated it every day, and they will continue to repeat it".
