The most significant issue is that for which level you are teaching.
The second important issue is learning new words.it is not related just to that minute ,on the contrary it is completely continuum.it means you should repeat and practice them for example , learners use the words in their sentences, students can work in pairs for speaking to teach each other or teacher can ask questions about words.
Now how we can teach vocabularies:
Showing a picture of word is more noticeable than other ways. Like :giving the definitions.
In addition making group for role plays,games or say some sentences with vocabularies that teacher taught last session.perhaps asking questions related to new words due to students use words in their answers.it will be productive.

While reading : this item has 2 vital points , the first one is : skimming The second one is : scanning , these are used for finding the most important and specific information among the content. New approach says that although we are not permitted to play audio script before skimming, we need to give them appropriate time to read what essay says. To find out the basic factors affecting real life speaking .
To introduce some more speaking activities.to analyze the stages of speaking task.to decide when to correct and who corrects.
If we want to avoid the talk talk loop structure the talk is good way or open questions (weather,make the topic)another way play devils and advocate (agree&disagree,ask them lots of questions)
Ways to start a dynamic discussion :start the class with small talk (topics)-picture of day-you are famous person.
Never let the conversation die.use these techniques:1give them thinking time 2dont interrupt the flow.
We have different types of speaking tasks:information gap(a read first paragraph b read second paragraph)-ranking tasks:give students lots of items then they choose which one is more important and talk about that-discussions and debates-role play-giving speech-dictation:peer dictation (one person read the questions another one read the text then think and fill the blanks)it’s good for all levels.
Running dictation:there is a paper on the wall one of the student is writer the another one is runner and should read text and say to writer.
Pecha Kucha is mini presentation people only have 20minutes or less or more according to the time that have slides.
At the beginning of the session students are energetic so don’t waste time  for learning.
Grammar dictation:teacher read a text student write it ,work on it.
How to inject more speaking generally into the classroom:
Pair the learners what they learnt in previous session or have conversation with classmates about their day or something they like or dislike.
Never pair the strong students with weak students.
Mingle game:students stand up ,make circle then they talk about topic.
Before speaking activity; decide on your aims and predict problems for students might have.
Asking short and simple question is totally effective-how long time is available-work out your instructions .
During the activity:make sure the topic is interesting.naver ask did you understand what should you do.make sure students enough time for getting ready.make the activity more a process rather than a product .it’s note worthy to mention that looking at students from above it makes them scare.
How can we correct them?if they do accuracy-based on the spot correction is productive it means after speaking correct them nevertheless if they focus on fluency based ,delay correction is better (write notes and at the end of the speech tell them their mistakes)Who correct the mistakes?1self correction is for intermediate above .2peer correction :students correct each other.
