Ralph is the leader that the boys want, obviously they want him, they voted for him. they do not need him though, he cannot keep everybody focused and I believe that I could do a better job. I would be a fit leader for the boys. I, unlike Ralph, have been focused on one goal since we arrived, but he on the other hand has not even been able to keep everybody on track. The beast, if it does exist will be taken care of. There might be problems once something else happens or another fight/argument happens. Also that we respect each other desires but have to focus on one thing or the other. I am the leader they need, because Jack is too bossy and he's already the leader of the hunters.
Jack isn't fit to be leader. He focuses on what he wants and not what we need.
I don't think the beast actually exists, but if it does, our shelters will keep us safe.

We have lots of new things to do, and Ralph is acting as the important  (fellow) one  and as if he is the victim. He Empowers himself and believes he is the leader, and that really bothers me. The Kids aren't really there and are off in the jungle, some of the lil'uns are also scared of the jungle and hate being scared and alone. Something needs to be done to help out the island, we want resources not useless power telling us what we can and cannot do all the time. Its time to have change...
