1. What did i do? I made a PowerPoint explaining all about me and presented it to the class and answering questions at the end.
2. what went well? I think there were a large  amount of pictures that were used therefore making the presentation more colourful.
3. What I would have done next? I would have talked for longer as it seemed i rushed the ending when presenting it.

1. explain what I did? I wanted to enrol into the college therefore having an interview to see if it was the right course I wanted to go on and if it was something I would want to do in the future. 
2. what went well? I am currently studying uniformed services and enjoying the course, even getting enrolled in enrichment opportunities. 
3. Reflection? I would communicate and get more involved in the lesson.

1. explain what I did? I am apart of a football team outside of college which involves communication on and off the pitch. 
2. I speak to others a lot on the pitch so I know where everyone is positioned. 
3. I don't think I talk enough to the players off the pitch therefore lacking social skills

1. what did I do? As a group we designed a team quilt by creating small square that described each induvial then proceeded to join them all together to make a blanket. 
2. What went well? I think there was a lot of teamwork involved within the group to make sure we completed this task at an exceptional pace. 
3. What I would have done next? I think it would have been better if everybody tried to get involved so that there would have been more detail within the quilt.
Evidence 2 
1. explain what I did? I took part in a team hunt, this was where we were given riddles to figure out were locations were. Then took pictures when we found the point. 
2 what went well? Our team managed to find out where the location was by using teamwork to separate riddles for each person so there was less work to do.
3 Reflection? We could taken more time instead of rushing into answers as we weren't always correct 
Evidence 3 
1 explain what i did? my group organised a game of Pictionary for the rest of the class, this was to will communication and teamwork skills within small teams.
2 what went well? everyone took part in this and was able to speak to each other to try and win.
Reflection? it didn't last a full hour as there was not enough categories but went on for half an hour.

 I constantly recycle waste so that I'm helping the planet and making sure that there's no rubbish lying around therefore helping with pollution. 
 When recycling it means that its helping with conserving natural resources.

To be more sustainable i will use reusable bags for shopping so that i am saving money and less materials are being spent on making more useful things rather than bags.

I tend to get the bus to and from college frequently so that less carbon omissions are being used and there is less traffic by not having as many cars on the road.

I have learned how to communicate with others better and therefore gained more confidence due to this, I have also learned how to time manage and how to be more productive when handing in assignments on time and being at a efficient level to be able to get the grade i want.

I have learnt to add to assignments if they are not up to standard and to be able to improve my grades, i have also learned different revision techniques to improve on my grade.

A positive was that the assignment got handed in on time so I could focus on my other assignments Another time I showed Leadership was being able to answer questions in the security threats module. This was useful for me to understand and adapt more on the conversation and therefore making my assignment better due to me knowing more. However I could easily forgot what is said in lesson overall making it harder for me to use the information that I was given, if I had to improve I would make sure to take notes.
