         <title>Meditation Therapy </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Have you never been in a difficult situation where you have lost friends or close people? This is the case of Evelyn one of my best friends. When she was just sixteen, she has lost her father and her brother in a car accident. She has felt that her life doesn’t have any meaning and she has had some attempts to commit suicide, but one day she found another alternative to rebuild her life and it was meditation.<br><br></div><div>All happened on 14<sup>th</sup> February 2009. Evelyn had been waiting her father that was coming from Cali with her brother to celebrate her birthday in Bogotá, but the bus crashed their car and they never arrived. All of this broke her heart. Then she started to feel sick and lost weight. She was under a lot of pressure, wasn’t she? Her <strong>hip</strong> was in pain and she felt a high pressure <strong>in her chest</strong> and sometimes she felt <strong>weak</strong>.&nbsp; Evelyn’s mother was worried for the health of her daughter. Next month Evelyn started to practice Therapy Meditation. The meditation is an alternative medicine. It consist in a practice where people relax his body and get in a relax state. The body doesn’t feel pain and treat to eliminate the stress. There are three principal kinds of meditation therapy. <strong>Concentrative Meditation </strong>is when you sit comfortably and focus on your breathing. In the <strong>Transcendental Meditation</strong> you have to close your eyes and try to empty your mind. In the <strong>Mindful Meditation </strong>you have to feel relax and thinking about anything. Those are good ways to encourage your body to heal itself. People around the world thing that the body needs really natural medicine than medic procedures.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Everyone can find in apps like YouTube different types of meditation therapy tutorials and they’re not difficult to practice.<br><br></div><div>Alternative Medicine is preferable to medicinal drugs, isn’t it?<br><br></div>]]></description>
