1. Raise the defense budget to 3% of GDP in order to restore Japan's autonomy in its defense policy.  Remove all the U.S. military bases in Japan. 

2.  Upgrade Japanese defense power as follows.   Acquire Aegis Ashore missile defense system.  Secure human resources for the Japanese Self-Defense Force and industries involved in the production of weapons and military technologies.
