What those who develop and use the faith factor can do to be healthy?

As the narrator said, it’s important to use both the faith factor and the modern medicine together. Therefore, to be living a healthy life we need to employ these aspects daily and we will be seeing the outcome of our results, for example:

Enhance creativity: This is a good way to make use of the faith factor, because having a creative mind is important. When facing a problem, we can use creativity to view and solve it with an open mind and ingenuity.

Lower cholesterol levels: As of today, one of our main problems is the amount of junk food we consume that end in people living an unhealthy lifestyle. But with if we follow the principle of faith factor we can avoid developing this bad eating habit.

Control panic attacks: The first step to take for people who suffer from these episodes of intense fear is to seek medical attention, but they can also use the faith factor to improve their positive thinking and try meditation to enter a state of peacefulness.

Positive and Negative Thinker

The difference between a positive and negative thinker

This difference can be reduced to outcomes we can expect if we follow one or the other.

This means that if a positive thinker goes through with life an optimistic attitude, he will enjoy the positive results of his achievements. But if he becomes a negative thinker he will live life in misery and there will be a declining in his health and energy.

In conclusion, a positive thinker not only focuses in his needs but the needs of others as well, and will succeed if there’s always someone he can depend on; while a negative thinker will only think of himself, and will not have the opportunity to develop relationships that he may need in the future, thus stagnating in his life projects and failing to achieve his goals.

Powerful Tools

Why the mind, ear and mouth are powerful tools to change a positive thinker into a negative one?

An anecdote of this is related to one of my friends. When he started studying for an Arts Major his family wasn’t happy with this decision and they always told him that he won’t succeed in life if he kept this as his career path.

At first he was content with his choice, but after listening to this constant berating he ended up believing that he will never advance in his professional life. He changed from a positive attitude in his studies to a negative one. Luckily he started living alone and recovered his love for arts.

In conclusion, if we listen to the unpleasant words of other people, even if they are close to us, and start believing them we can end up accepting that we are not good enough.
