How can we take care of our skin?<br><br>The toothpaste: some people thinks that toothpaste is a cure for acne and pimples, but this isn't true, the toothpaste insted of curing acne, just dry the pimples and cause irritation, burning sensation and redness, so the skin can dry out and even burn when we put toothpaste on it.<br><br>Good habits: Put sunscreen everyday, have healthy food habits, wash your face with water and soap recommended by your dermatologist, go regularly to the dermatologist, if you notice any stain on your skin also go to the dermatologist, wash your skin with cold&nbsp; or warm water, but not hot, treat acne, sleep well, avoid stress and never put anything on your skin that is not consulted by your dermatologist.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>What practices or substances in our daily life can be harmful to our skin? and how can we take care of our skin?<br><br><br>The sunburn is generated when the skin is exposed for a long time to the sunlight or UV, without anytype of sun protection. The UV or sunlight passes through the melanin, that is a&nbsp; very small pigment, that give us the color of our skin, our body protect us from the light radiations, producing melanin faster, but when it reaches its limit,&nbsp; it generate us the pain and the red color that is caused by this.<br><br>Some symptoms are:<br>&nbsp;- Changes in skin tone, such as pinkness or redness.<br>- Skin that feels warm or hot to the touch.<br>- Pain and tenderness.<br>- Swelling<br>- Small fluid-filled blisters that may rupture<br>- Headache, fever, nausea and fatigue, if the sunburn is severe.<br>- Eye pain.<br><br>We can prevent it if:<br>- Avoid exposure to the sun for long periods of time.<br>- Apply sunscreen.<br>- Stay hydrated all the time.<br>- Wear clothing and accessories that protect us from the sun, such as a cap and UV filtered sunglasses.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>What practices or substances in our daily life can be harmful to our skin?<br><br>- i think that one of the most common used substances in the present is the alcohol, this is used to desinfect basically everything and more now becuase the pandemic<br>- the alcohol can damage the skin in our hands, if we apply it constantly.<br>- But why?<br>- The causes are that the alcohol irritates the tissues in our hands and inflamate it so it makes that the skin get red.<br>- what we can do to prevent it?<br>- you can use alcohol to desinfect and&nbsp; other things, but not always, in place of that you can use different things to that purpose, like :<br>- substances that take care of the skin and that don't contain harmfull substances that can damage easier our skin.<br>- the execive use of alcohol can cause cirrhosis, this is a damage in the skin that generates hives, scars, and other pinfull things in our skin, it can also happen to the liver so you have to care your skin.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>How to take care of our skin? </strong><br><br></div><div>Mainly we need to take care of the sun, we must apply sunscreen. Food helps our skin and our face, to avoid having it pimples. Let's avoid eating a lot of fat and sweets, better to eat healthy like: salad, proteins, etc. And I could not forget that our skin is very delicate so we must treat it gently.<br><br></div><div>Other care could be exfoliating the skin and using moisturizers. For adults avoid consuming alcohol or smoking, these can damage your skin in a two-for-three. We must sleep enough hours, so the skin also rests. Drink lots of water, you might not believe it but it can hydrate your skin and you can look much younger.<br><br>Thanks</div>]]></description>
