Opening New School

Introduction
The council has decided to open a new school in Newtown. The purpose of this report is to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of opening new school and to provide an informed opinion on the matter.

Advantages
There are many advantages to opining a new school.
Firstly, it will create a best opportunity for ladies who are looking for voluntary work in school, who are students in teaching assistant classes and are  trying to gain more experience.
In addition, recently new houses have been built around New Town, but because of full classes there are no spaces for the children of new families. It would be a excellent opportunity for them to join in the new school near their houses.
Last but not least, if the new school opens, there would be a big chance for create new businesses, such as food shops, take-aways and pharmacies..

Disadvantages
However, there are some serious disadvantages of opening a new school. For instance, there will be  more traffic, which will lead to and increase in air pollution and it could cause health and safety issues. Moreover, the pavements will be occupied by parked cars. For example, some of  the families which are living far from school will park on the pavements when they drop their children at school. It can cause danger, especially on rainy days, when it will become slippery.
Last but not least, when  families come to pick up their children from different schools, there will be a crowd of people, which will cause health problems, such as spreading COVID19 easily.

In conclusion, although, there are more than 3 schools around New Town, but still families need it. Having discussed both the advantages and disadvantages of opining a new school in New Town, I believe that overall the new school will have a positive impact on the community because of the social and economic reasons discussed above. In my opinion our company should support and help the proposal to be success for build new school.

Advantages:
There are many advantages to opening a new school.  Firstly, it  will (attract) attention more people to come, which will give more people to come. Which will give more money to the government, so we can live in wealth beautiful city.

Another advantage ...that it encourages local businesses, such as food shops, stationery shops and bookshops, which naturally emerge around a school.  As a result.... more customers ....come to the shops, such as parent with there children, student and the teacher from the new school.

Last but not least where we live and work has an effect on our lives, this is even more important  to help give our children the best start in life. Not just  mental health  but also school improvement. Including good classroom with the school designing thinking improvement has multiple benefits.

Disadvantages:
However , there are some disadvantages of opening a new school. One disadvantage is the traffic and parking issue, which will be created during rush hour, when many parents  will be driving to school.

Another disadvantage will be the noise made by many parents and children in the neighbourhood. In addition, children will be throwing food wrappings on the road, which will make the place look dirty.

Having discussed both the advantages and disadvantages of a new school in our town, I strongly believe that it would be a positive contribution.  This is because of the reasons I discussed above.  Also, the shops around the new school will bring in many job opportunities for our local people. 
In conclusion, I think our company should support the proposal for the new school.

Introduction:

Advantages:
There are many advantages to opening a new school in Carpenter road. Firstly, it will create job opportunities for our local people. For example, they could be able to be lunch time supervision, teacher assistance, teacher and receptionist e.g.(plural)
Another advantages is that the new school could be encourage people to send their children without any problem. For example, the local children can go to school every day by walk or use bycycle. This means they will be go  to school on time and  they will not be worried about being for will be late.  Moreover, they will not miss some lessons, which could cause them to fall behind in their education. Also, the local people can save money and time on transport.
Last but last, if the new school open..., it will benefit  our local businesses ,which are near Carpenter road and where will be the new school is built.For example, when people drop  up their children, they could be shopping in our local shops, meeting friends in restaurants and having a lovely time with them purchasing delicious foods.   More customers will lead to an increase in profit for the local businesses, which will help people live a better life.

Disadvantage :
However, there are some disadvantages of opening ...new school. One of ..... disadvantages is that there will be more traffic and more pollution, which can lead to health issues, such as chronic respiratory disease, lung cancer and increased asthma. In addition, there will be parking issues for local people because of the parents who drive their children to school, who will park on the pavements and block them. 

Conclusion
Having discussed both advantages and disadvantages of new school in my area,  I strongly believe that it would be a positive contribution in our community. This is because the nearest school now is 20 miles away. Also the new school will bring in many job opportunities for our local people. In addition it will easier for student to go school without using buses and taxis. I think our company should support the proposal for the new school.

Disadvantages

First of all, it would be beneficial to local people because it will help parents walk to school with children instead of driving a car or travelling by bus, which gives them excellent daily exercise. Another advantage is that it gives more job opportunities and helps the local area’s businesses, which will lead to having various shops around the school such as fast food, and stationery stores.Thirdly, a new school could be more interested for children because also everything could be in a new system, there will be brand new facilities such as computers and libraries, which will help the children to gain knowledge and carry out research easily.
Last but not least, building a new school will give people an opportunity to volunteer for work, which will be a major advantage for the young people in the area, who need work experience.
Disadvantages
However , there are some disadvantages such as traffic problems for those parents who are not in the local area and there will be a lot of noise for the people who live next to the school. Another disadvantage is  that the parents will not have any ideas about the school Ofstead rating for a while, which might make some parents not want to bring their children to this new school.
Conclusion

For example many people can find their choice of job. Another advantage is more vacancies for children which will bring more students from other areas to join our school for study. Thirdly, new school can provide new and advanced equipment for students such as new library, computer room etc which will help them to develop their knowledge and skills. Last but not least, if new school will get built near our town then children can come on time for their lessons and get better grades. 
DISADVANTAGES 
However, there are some disadvantages of a opening a new school. First disadvantage is that there will be more traffic which will lead to increased air pollution and could cause health problems such as asthma and breathing issues. In addition, the area around the school will be more crowded because parents are dropping and collecting their children and they will producing a lot of noise. Last but not least, there will be a parking issue for local residents because parents who drive their children for school thet park their cars on local residents parking spaces which make a major problem.

Introduction
The main aim of writing this report is to discuse the advantages and the disadvantages of opening a new school in my community, and provide the fact of the matter.
Advantages
Firstly, is emergency, the families who live close to the school will be the first to arrived at the school when there is an urgent emergency or an accident, another advantage is, it bring the community together, for instance families from different house hold could come together in the school assemble hull to discuse matters concerning their community's wellbeing or anything for that matter.
Secondily, families who live near the post code have more chance to be accepted when it comes to addmissions, parent with children in the school will be the first to be informed about work oppotunity,
Disadvantages
Nevertheless there are some disadvantages regarding opening a new school.
The first drawback there is traffic, there is traffic every morning in front of the school when parent drop off their children to school same as picking therm after school, some parent park on the zebra crossing others on the pavement and the residence are not happy about it. 
Parking at the residence car park is at your own risk, such as you can be charged when a traffic warden spot your car parked at the residence car park or the resident could report you to the council.

The council has decided to close Theatre and instead of it, to make way for a new car park in the town centre. The purpose of this report is to  discuss the advantages and disadvantages of make new car park and close Theatre and to provide an informed opinion on the matter.
Advantages
There are many advantages to make way for a new car park. Firstly, there will be more space for more cars at the same time, which is great news for all of visitors of town centre. Who would like to visit different venues, such as clothes shops, restaurants and coffee shops. In addition, if new car park built, it would attract more businesses, which is excellent news for dose people who are looking for a job. Last but not least, it would create better transport link around town centre. It means when new shops open, it would attract more visitors.
Disadvantages
However, there are many serious disadvantages of closing the Theatre. For instance, when Theatre would close, it can effect children's and young people's physical, social and emotional development, which can cause their future life. Moreover, children and young people would experience obesity because in Theatre there more than 3 activities all week for different types of ages. When family spent their time at home , eat and watch TV, it cause health issue, which would be huge pressure on NHS. Last but not least, it would be loss of cultural activities because the Theatre is the excellent place to shows different cultural and diversity, which is great opportunity for children and families to meet different types of cultural and diversity. 
Conclusion
Having discus the disadvantages and advantages for close Theatre and make new car park. I strongly believe, when Theatre would close it can effect seriously on different types of ages. There are many advantages to opening a new school. First of all, it will create best opportunity for children who those wish a new school near the house they can goes to school easily and on time.Moreover, create new business in this area, such as fast food shop, coffee shop, supper market, etc. Furthermore, create car parking area for public car parking by pay.

Disadvantages
However, there are some disadvantages of opening a new school. For opening a new school around the road will be busy so that there will be more traffic which is not good for environment. For example, there will be smoke out from cars and make noise which  have bad impact for human body. It is extremely danger those who have health problem, such as depression, heart problem etc. Moreover, children are not safe near a busy road because they are don`t know how to cross the road. Another reason, around the area creating the new business can improving crime.
