Browerville:  The circumstances of all of the victims situations, all of it was extremely wrong and disturbing to read about. The boys punishment was quite severe but it still should have been worse, which includes his four felonies and two gross misedemeanors. He could have just not done all of these gross things to these poor kids like what were they thinking.
