From 1995 to 2010, Lorri Baprawski served as an auditor and customer service representative with Accident Fund Insurance Company of America in Lansing, Michigan. As an auditor, Ms. Baprawski conducted comprehensive evaluations of workers compensation insurance policies, reviewing financial documents such as payroll records and tax returns to determine appropriate rates for insurance premiums. As a customer service representative, she handled audit disputes and relied on effective communication skills to resolve subcontractor issues between agents and policyholders. Before retiring in 2010, she received an award from the company for her excellent service. In her free time, Ms Baprawski volunteers at Blue Cross Blue Shield blood drives, and enjoys camping and swimming. Lorri Baprawski served as a customer service representative and insurance auditor with the Accident Fund Insurance Company of America in Lansing, Michigan, for 15 years before retiring. She currently resides in Lakeland, Florida, where she occasionally volunteers with Blue Cross Blue Shield blood drives.
