         <description><![CDATA[<div>This Stage begins deep sleep. Delta waves become slowed down. Eye movement and Muscle activity halts. The body becomes less responsive to outside stimuli, so it gets harder to be awoken. After you slow down, Delta wave production speeds up. During stage four, your body repairs muscles and tissues. </div>]]></description>
