Producers need the skills to show their characteristics. They need people skills to be able to build a positive connection and relationships with bands and the artists. They need to keep the time right to be efficient and always on time. They need to identify successfully to have a unique style and musical identify. Lastly, they need technical skills to be able to use equipment both old and new.

The roles and responsibilities that the music performers is to perform music live for audience and recordings, they need audience for positions in orchestras, choruses, bands and other types of music groups, they need to practice playing instruments or singing to improve their technique, they also need to rehearse to prepare for performances, need to find locations for performances or concerts, have to travel to performance venues all around the world and also promote their careers by maintaining a website or social media presence or doing photo shoots and interviews.

There is also a great deal of inequality in music around gender. Men mostly dominate the songwriter and producer job roles despite there being many successful female artists and performers. When it comes to songwriters, more than half (57%) of the songs studied did not credit a woman.

The skills that the music performers need is confidence to perform in front of people. It can be nerve-wracking but being in control confidently is an essential skill. Flexibility is also needed in a performer who will need to take on a variety of different roles and performances over the course of their career. They need stamina because due to the performers long hours, in their career it is important they have very good stamina. Music performers need teamwork for playing and performing with a variety of different. They need musicianship so performers need to be very good at what they do to stand out and get acknowledged. Lastly, they need to be critical, as a performer, they should be able to analyse their own performances and be able to acknowledge advice and criticism about their own ability.

For Light Engineers, they make the light effects to set the mood of the performance. They operate lighting boards during performances and they ensure safety and technical accuracy.

For Sound Engineers, they manage microphones and adjust sound levels to make everything go smoothly and sound perfect. They mix live audios and they ensure clarity and balance sound.

For Stage Manager, they organise rehearsals and schedules behind the scenes. They do smooth running of performance, communicate between departments and handle props, cues and backstage logistics. The skills they need is;

My favourite song is "3RACHA" by Stray Kids. The reason why it's my favourite song is because in the song they dont just rap in Korean they also use english to help understand. It has a really beats that just reminds me of Hip-Hop and always bring the vibes to be hyped.

I never been to a gig before but I would love to go to gig that is made by Stray Kids to enjoy the music, the fun and the energy.

The Job I would have in music is to become a Music Producer and a Music Artist.

The reason why I want to achieve these things is because I want to achieve my goal in the future to become a Professional DJ, Music Producer and Songwriter.

The Producers of the band: Bang Chan, Changbin and HAN.

Bang Chan:

Bang Chan also known as Christopher Bang is the leader of the K-Pop boy-band Stray Kids and also the main producer.

He has roles where he is founding and leading 3Racha, shaping musical identity, writing and composing, producing tracks, collaborating with other artists and fostering creativity.

Changbin:

Changbin, full name Seo Changbin, is a rapper and a producer of Stray Kids.

Changbin's roles are also a member in 3Racha, songwriting, music production, distinctive musical style and external collaborations.

HAN:

Han, full name Han Jisung, is a rapper, vocalist and a producer of stray kids.

Han also has the roles of sound and music creation, songwriting and production, film and TV soundtracks and writing for other artists.

In Stray Kids, the three members of the hip-hop and production sub-unit (3Racha), are producers who write and produce most of the group's music. They often collaborate with other producers for composing and arranging their songs for example:

• UTA, who is a Japanese music producer who worked with Bang Chan, Changbin and Han on the song "Just Breathe" by Japanese artist Sky-Hi.

• Millionboy, who is also a producer, is also a songwriter. He frequently collaborated with Stray Kids with many songs like; Maniac, Collision, Doodle and Fairytale.

What I like about this song is that the song is very bold and confident where it's about achievements and success. The reason why I like this song is because it helps me boost my confidence that I want for myself and the career I want and it gives me more confidence about my achievements too.

It also has very powerful and confident messages too. For example: "Karma that piles up higher", "You don't have to take care of a lot, take care of yourself", "Even in time, this time eternal moment never detours" and "Because I still haven't reached my standards, I still keep my speed on top".

The vibe of the song is like old-school hip-hop with very energetic sounds that mixes perfectly to bring a positive vibe.

The difference between the choreography in both songs is that the first choreography was more smoother as for the second choreography was more intense and more energy.

For Light engineering, it started off with the colour theme of red and white to match with the colour theme of the song "Chk Chk Boom" since it was Red, Black and White. Then, it got to the second half of the performance where the lights changed colour to Pink, Green, Blue and White to match the colour them of the song "JJAM."

The outfits in this performance makes the scene change from dark theme to bright theme. At the start, they were wearing more formal looking outfits with a lot of accessories that matched the theme perfectly. Then in the second half, their outfit changed to more street style with the same amount of accessories that matched with the theme.

The makeup wasn't used a lot in the performance. They just use natural eyeshadow and natural eyeliner.

For Music engineering, they used two songs, "Chk Chk Boom" and "JJAM" both from the same album called "ATE."

For Stage engineering, it was made for Stray Kids because they won the 2024 billboard Music awards. It featured two stages: the main stage with a futuristic, industrial look that alternated between neon red and cool white lighting as they were performing "Chk Chk Boom" and a second, revealed stage for their second song that was decorated with pink and green ooze, lasers, and a vibrant, abstract design for "JJAM." For Sound engineering, they used sound effects like powering up effect, jam drip effect, drum and base, and then ends with powering up effect and played the song.

I learned how to use the Alchemy, Drum Session, Sound Effects, Distortion Effects and how to use Drum Machines.

The first track is 02:49 long since it's the intro of the album. The album is based on a story (that I am making in the lyrics) where a child got lost in a forest and found an abandoned circus in the middle of the dark area of the forest.

For performers it could involve injury prevention of potential hazards for example; broken props, falling scenery or debris on stage and have stagehands ready to clean up to prevent slips and falls. They need to check and test if all equipment are safe to use. Lastly, they need to check their physical and vocal health where the need to pay attention to noise levels to protect hearing and take care of vocal health and to also ensure that there is good ventilation and safe temperature in the arena.

For audience and staff, the crowd needs to be controlled especially around entry and exit points to prevent stampedes or crushes.

What would I improve is to learn more how to mix in my track to make it sound better.

What did I learn is how to use some effects for example, distortion, reverb, alchemy and much more. I also learned how to make chords for melodies.

What did I enjoy? I enjoyed writing lyrics and making my music than doing other stuff (just wish there was more time for logic).

What I would improve is that to use the time I had to learn more about the effects and have more time to practice how to mix my tracks and use more of the compressor.

What I enjoyed was just making the music and learning new things that I haven't learned from last year.

I learned how to compress in my tracks, how to mix my tracks and use new effects for example, ChromaGlow, Compresssor, AutoFilter, etc.
