Even though both texts talk about how technology devices can help us in the future, they have various differences. They both created a robot to be useful in healthcare systems, but they were created in different places. While Wakamaru was created by a Japanese brand in Japan, Jules was created by scientists from England. They both use speech-recognition software but the differences are in the appearances. Japan robot on the one hand looks like a robot and it is a meter high but on the other hand Jules looks like a human being. And here is what scientists are more concerned about. Scientists believe that apart from being a useful robot, exposed people would be disconcerted by humanoid automatons. People would try to form a social relationship with the robot. On the other side of the text, we find Wakamaru, that apart from being a very useful tool, it is very expensive and it requires a high price maintenance. Although Wakamaru does not look like a human as Jules, it can have sensitive responses and answer like a human does. Jules on the other side is capable of looking like a human, behave like a human and also feel like a human and sometimes humans even forget that it is actually a robot.

According to the structure of the texts, text A is written in an article of a magazine. You can find the source of it at the bottom of the text (“The independent”). The title of the article is uite big and in bold so the audience can read it easily. It has got a striking style. But we as readers can not see that in text B. Text B does not have the source or any information about the author and it has got several quotes from scientists about the experience with the robot. The title though catches the reader´s attention since it is written in an informal style. They both have a tittle that readers find hard to figure out what the text is about.

As a conclusion I must say that both texts are very interesting and keep the readers’ attention throughout the texts. Their styles and the robots themselves could be different, but the ideas from the companies are almost the same.
