         <description><![CDATA[<div>Whilst the narrator acknowledges the obvious, that being a technological device is not a medical concern [both past and present], Anderson here is using <strong><mark>IRONY</mark></strong> to exaggerate the readers attachment to such devices. The irony is in the fact that titus and the other characters in his universe can not live/function without there feeds, thus alluding to the fact that this device he considers to be alike his beating heart or oxygen. </div>]]></description>
