What I think would happen to Native American rights if a set of bones was discovered to be the oldest European descendant of North America. I think that our land, culture, and rights will be taken away.

First, our land is a huge part of how we live since we basically live on this land. Without our land, water and resources we won't be able to live. Based off of poverty we won't be able to afford great living conditions since that is hard already.

Second, our culture requires to be on our land but without our land we won't be able to preform ceremony's. We also won't be able to have access to our own language. This changes a lot of things along with our lifestyle.

Third, a majority of the rights we have will be taken away from us. That could be hunting, language, artifacts will be taken. For example, hunting is how we get food and artifacts we have like poetry will be taken.

2-22-22

If the the land were to be taken away we would have nothing literally nothing and even if someone tried to build a house that wouldn't be allowed, and the water we wouldn't have access to lakes rivers and ponds, even the mountains would be cut off from us leaving us deprived of the hunting we used to roam for meat, now the religion is taken away the ceremonies the dances all gone leaving us with no way to practice the religion in any way.

I think that the Native American rights will change a lot of things. On many topics that would change but the top 3 that concerns me would be No land, No water rights, and no practicing culture on federal Land.
I'll start with the main problem which will affect many Natives will be no reservation for us. All Native americans will have no land or known as a reservation. Our people won't be able to have a place to live freely anymore. More likely in my opinion were going to see a lot of homeless Native Americans if this happens.
It'll affect us all if there are no water available for all Native Americans if there has been a white man on the united states. This will count to all Natives and more of us will dehydrate especially if the temperature is hot, more deaths will be caused in my opinion. Water would be more harder to get and probably more expensive.
More importantly if there is no land then there will be no practicing native culture anywhere. These rituals we've been doing for the past years will not be continued any more.
