You could see that there was many people that came from diffreant backgrounds. In middle school some of the people I knew either didn't have a lot, came from a middle class family or were in the upper class. Power can be formed by skill/knowledge, coercive, reward, an etc. I learned that the more knowledge/skill you have the more you know and the more you do. I learned that coercive power is power formed by the fear of others being punished. Lastly, I learned that rewarding power is the ability to congragulate and reward others. Well many things do like Family, music, media, and etc. In my family I was taught to always pray before I went to sleep and every night I pray. Not all of my family have the same belief in god but most of them do. When I listen to music some of the lyrics influence emotions or it inflences my will to dance. Media i'll say shapes most of everyones beliefs because most people beleive what they see off of the internet and half of it is never even true. Now everytime I go out I always make sure I have my phone and if I dont I would walk around the rest of the day mad at the world. Crazy right? Well I know someone that can't even function the right way without her phone. I think technology has become a big problem in society and I feel like we need to open up our eyes to the real world because tech can be the main reason something bad happens. Although technology can be bad it helped most of our generation pursue our goals and open up paths to our success.
