Justice is not always served best in court. There has been many cases where someone was put to jail when they were innocent. The court system is great, but like all things, it has flaws. Its not the best place, but its also no the worst

Not always.There has been some cases where the court system ruled in favor of the wrong person, or they give a punishment that isn't justifiable for the crime they committed

Not always but most people don't feel like they got justice so they commit a crime which gets themselves in trouble. You cant change the minds of the courts.

You can't trust someone just because they're a witness. Everyone is bias about something... you can't trust anyone.

If somebody killed somebody else then the killer needs to be killed the same way they killed their victim so they can feel the pain on what they created when they were killing.

Justice is not always served the best while in the court system. Some cases, yes they make the right decision. While in other cases they make the entirely wrong decision. Sometimes they look at just the hard facts, disregarding everything else. This is not often fair because they should look into the situation and then decide what really should happen.

For the most part I think that justice should be served in the court system. There may be flaws in the court system, but for the most part, I think the court system is best.
