This is surrounded by the first big thing, caloric intake, after finding so then understanding required macros.
After that then find exercises that work for you. Either it be entirely cardio, or bodyweight, or weight lifting.
Simply finding consistency and balance in it will help stride towards that.

This article states various things that drinking alcohol can do to the athletic performance of an athlete. This article states firstly that alcohol can impair muscle growth, especially in the long term, as it'll decrease the ability to efficiently grow your muscle. It similarly, prevents muscle recovery as alcohol relates to bad sleeping patterns, whereas sleep is vital for muscle recovery. It also on top of all this, depletes energy, slows reaction time, and especially impairs performance. And overall for the body, it even leads to worse, inhibiting nutrient absorption.

The Currency: It has good currency, as for it was last updated 4/21/23.

The Relevancy: This was made perfectly in alignment for my information. As for it answers directly and only about athletes and their performance.

The Authority: This was made by Binghamton University, a State University of New York. So it is a good trust worthy source.

The Accuracy: This is very accurate information as it aligns with proper research, and has references behind it to backup the information to where it has come from.

The Purpose: The purpose of this is perfectly understandable, even directly stated in a tab in the website. Stating the purpose being to state what the negatives of drinking are, and how to be safe, smart, and responsible.

This article is able to discuss and go over how exercise can help improve learning. As well as help with mental health. It is stated directly from the text in the article, "Written by Dr. John J. Ratey, an associate clinical professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, the book explores the connection between exercise and the brain, providing strong evidence that aerobic exercise physically remodels the brain for peak performance on all fronts." This, being a quote stating when the physical body is performing in athletic healthy ways, it directly correlates to the brain functions, making the brain perform at healthy levels.

On top of this it can also help mental health as previously stated. Sometimes bad habits van be derived from bad mental health origins. This article supports that exercise can help medicate these mental problems, which therefore can also lead to helping solve bad habits. For example, one major thing exercise can help medicate towards is depression. As for the text directly states, "Studies suggest that endorphins produced in the brain during exercise contribute to a general feeling of well-being. Exercise also boosts dopamine, which improves mood and jump-starts the attention span."

Overall, this article strongly supports, exercise can help solve problems such as cognitive abilities and mental problems, which can lead to improvement in straying away from bad habits and adapting good habits.
