Humans are now seen as dependent on machines, maybe because of its advantage, yet we are blinded with the advantages and refuse to see the downside of the developing world.

An example of human being dependent on machine is the AI algorithms which enable doctors and hospitals to better analyze data and customize their health care to the genes, environment and lifestyle of each patient. From diagnosing brain tumors to deciding which cancer treatment will work best for an individual, AI will drive the personalized medicine revolution.

He had illustrated the probability of pandemic and Artificial Intelligence.Now that the continues advancement of technology hands us the chance of developing smart artificial minds which is concerning. We can see that had also list the two options for human race in case the AI era comes they are: "a) let the machines make all the decisions; or b) maintain human control over the machines" upon reading books, he was also concerned with the fact that humans will become extinct as they merge with the robots. Disturbed, Joy consulted other computer scientists who, for the most part, agreed with these predictions. 

In conclusion this topic had ubruptly open our minds of how vast the technology can affect our future and how human intellegince can cause it's own race's extinction. The pandemic is already here, what is there to expect? If AI are to oversmart us in the future it is not impossible that "future indeed does not need us" for we will exist only as a living host or submit unto AI's superiority.
