Sadly, the same holds true for the woman who chooses not to birth a child. To the fierce women wearing their brave faces this Mother’s Day, I acknowledge your pain and honor you, as you celebrate Motherhood on May 8, 2022. There are mothers who suffer these burdens, I am one myself. I put on the brave face and celebrate motherhood with my children. I miss my mother and Mother’s Day is when I’m reminded of her most.
