I feel that limiting screen time could be beneficial, as firstly, it allows children to focus more on hands on activities and social skills. Secondly, limiting screen time can benefit their health, especially for children as they are still growing

It's quite important as the video mentioned about the harmful effects of having too much screen time, for example stunting growth. However, a little but of screen time would benefit younger children as children can learn more things via online.

It would be beneficial and good for students to limit their screen time. However, after school hours, students will be given the freedom to access their screen time, and the only rightful solution would be to ask their parents for help in managing their screen time to prevent addiction. In contrary, we as students must learn how to balance our time properly and develop critical social skills to be successful as a student.

I completely agree for children from the ages of 1-3, however for children from 4-7, screen time should be around 30 minutes of playtime as they need more time to learn a lot and develop their brain.

For primary school children, it is ok to spend at most 2hrs as long as some of the time is spent on studies.

For secondary school students, it is ok to use your phone as long as you spend at least 6 hours studying

Source A justifies to have limitations on screen time. It gives clear guidelines on how much screen time each age group should or should not have. It shows the strictest limitations imposed on the youngest age group. The limitations become more moderated as the age group increases.

Source F is not justified as it shows a diagram on the specific range of mobile devices, and this sets a good example to children. I believe that there should not be any form of limitations to mobile devices as students need a balance of play and socializing. Without the balance, students may suffer stress problems and may lead an unhealthy lifestyle which will affect them mentally and physically.
