         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. When lifting, keep your feet 8-10 inches apart in order to have a good base of support.<br>2. Make sure that you are bending your knees and at your hips; don't your back. Make sure you keep your back straight.<br>3. Don't use your back muscles, as they are very weak. Use your upper arm, hip, shoulder, and thigh muscles because they are stronger/the strongest.<br>4. Make sure that when you are carrying heavy objects, you are carrying them close to your body.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Keep fire doors closed; only open them in case of an emergency, but never prop them open because they help keep fires from spreading.<br>2. Make sure that you keep any items that are combustible away from anything to produces heat.<br>3. Make you you keep any halls and stairways clear; never block them.<br>4. Make sure you do what you need to do to prevent any sparks from occurring in areas where patients are using oxygen.</div>]]></description>
