         <description><![CDATA[<div>USC cares more about aesthetics than sustainability. They wouldn’t put solar panels in the village, even though that would have saved a lot of energy. They also built a target in the village, which is not sustainable. <br>There are also a lot of parking lots on campus, which encourage people to drive to school.<br><br>From the 2020 Plan:<br>"Goal 1: Reduce the number of single occupancy vehicles (SOVS) traveling to and from the USC campuses" (14).</div>]]></description>

         <title>Small USC Efforts</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>USC has made some small efforts to be sustainable, ones that do not seem very effective. There are stickers in the mirrors in bathrooms to remind students to save water. All of the USC campus vehicles are solar vehicles, and there are also many bike racks on campus. There is also a farmer's market every Wednesday.</div>]]></description>
