My welcome poster would be displaced on the door on the classroom in a setting. This is because when children and parents with an additional language attending the setting know how they would say hello in our language. It also gives the message that the setting in open to a variety of languages which may make the child and parents feel more comfortable. 

However, to impove my poster I would include cartoon pictures next to each language so that it is more child friendly and children may recognise and understand the languages more.
