This is a heath and safety problem for children. During the industrial revolution, children worked these jobs and often got hurt or killed. They don't have the safety experience that older adults have and that is needed to working dangerous jobs. This shows that the children did a lot of work to keep the factories in business but had to work in terrible, unhealthy conditions. This shows some of the problem of child labor during the industrial revolution.
