1. Contraceptives: Contraceptives are methods used to prevent pregnancy. There are various types of contraceptives such as condoms, birth control pills, patches, injections, vaginal rings, and intrauterine devices (IUDs). These methods work by either preventing sperm from reaching the egg or by stopping ovulation altogether. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider to determine the best type of contraception for an individual's needs.

2. Sex education: Sex education involves learning about sexual health, reproductive anatomy, and the consequences of sexual activity. It is important for individuals to understand the risks associated with sexual activity, including early pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and emotional consequences. Sex education can also provide information on how to properly use contraceptives and reduce the risk of unintended pregnancy.

3. Open communication: Open communication with sexual partners is crucial in preventing early pregnancy. It is important to discuss and agree upon a plan for preventing pregnancy before engaging in sexual activity. This includes talking about the use of contraceptives, STI testing, and other precautions. It's also important to communicate openly about any concerns or questions related to sexual health.

4. Healthy lifestyle: Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can also help prevent early pregnancy. This includes practicing good hygiene, eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and avoiding drugs and alcohol. These behaviors can help regulate hormones and increase overall reproductive health. Additionally, avoiding risky behaviors such as unprotected sex and drug use can reduce the risk of unintended pregnancy.

It is often considered taboo in many societies, like here in Venezuela, normally sex is not a topic in the schools and houses of Venezuelans even if it is crucial for their health and well-being. Lack of education and missinformation can lead to serious consequences such as early pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases.

Young people have the right to accurate information about their bodies and sexuality, and they must be provided with the necessary resources to make informed decisions. We must break the taboo surrounding sexual topics and create a safe environment where young people can openly talk about their sexuality.

Parents and schools can work together to ensure that young people receive proper sexual education. Parents can start by talking to their children about their bodies and sexuality from a young age and answering their questions openly and honestly. Schools can offer sexual education programs that provide accurate and comprehensive information about contraceptive methods and sexually transmitted diseases.

Sexual education is a fundamental human right that must be protected and promoted worldwide.

There are several ways to avoid early pregnancy:

1. Abstinence: The most effective way to avoid pregnancy is to not have sex at all.

2. Birth control pills: Birth control pills are a form of hormonal contraception that can be taken daily to prevent pregnancy.

3. Condoms: Condoms are a barrier method of contraception that can be used during sexual intercourse to prevent pregnancy.

4. Intrauterine devices (IUDs): IUDs are small, T-shaped devices that are inserted into the uterus by a healthcare provider. They can prevent pregnancy for several years.

5. Hormonal implants: Hormonal implants are small, flexible rods that are inserted under the skin of the upper arm by a healthcare provider. They can prevent pregnancy for several years.

It's important to remember that no method of contraception is 100% effective, so it's important to use a combination of methods and to use them consistently and correctly to reduce the risk of pregnancy. It's also a good idea to talk to a healthcare provider about which methods may be best for you.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Today, I would like to talk about a topic that is often misunderstood and overlooked, but incredibly important: sexual education.

Sexual education is crucial for individuals to make informed decisions about their sexual health. It provides knowledge and skills necessary to prevent STIs and unintended pregnancies, develop healthy relationships, promote gender equality, and support the LGBTQ+ community. Unfortunately, not all individuals have access to comprehensive sexual education. This can leave them vulnerable to misinformation, shame, and stigma. It is important for parents, teachers, and community leaders to advocate for sexual education and ensure young people have access to accurate and age-appropriate information. With the right information, individuals can make informed decisions about their sexual health and relationships, leading to a happier and healthier life. Sexual education also plays a critical role in preventing sexual violence and harassment, and promoting social and emotional well-being. By teaching individuals about consent, communication, and respect, we can build a more inclusive and respectful society.

Early pregnancy is defined as pregnancy occurring in adolescents under 19 years of age, and has become a global public health problem.

There are many reasons why young women may become pregnant prematurely, including lack of sex education, lack of access to contraceptives, social and cultural pressure, poverty and lack of educational and economic opportunities. However, regardless of the reasons, early pregnancy can have serious consequences for the health and well-being of young women and their children.

Young women who become pregnant prematurely are at increased risk of complications during pregnancy and childbirth, such as pre-eclampsia, haemorrhage and maternal mortality. They are also at increased risk of depression, anxiety and other mental health problems, as well as dropping out of school and limited educational and economic opportunities.

In addition, the children of prematurely pregnant young women may also face developmental challenges. They have an increased risk of being born prematurely or with low birth weight, which increases their risk of long-term health problems. They are also at greater risk of abandonment and of limited educational and economic opportunities.

In conclusion, early pregnancy is a global public health problem affecting many young people and their children. We all have a role to play in preventing early pregnancy and supporting young women who are already pregnant or are young mothers. We must work together to ensure that all young women have access to comprehensive sex education, contraception and reproductive health services, as well as educational and economic opportunities so that they can reach their full potential.

In the trailer we can see how Juno is confused and nervous about the news of her pregnancy.

Today I want to talk to you about a topic that undoubtedly worries many parents, educators and young people around the world: sexual relations at an early age.

As a society, we need to be aware that young people are increasingly starting to have sexual relations at an earlier age. This can be concerning, as early sexual activity can have negative consequences for both the physical and emotional health of young people.

On the one hand, early sexual activity increases the risk of contracting sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy. Also, young people who start having sex at a young age may experience emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and stress.

On the other hand, it is important to recognize that sexuality is a natural and normal part of human development, and that each person has the right to explore their sexuality in a safe and responsible way. It is the responsibility of adults and society in general to provide young people with accurate and objective information about sexuality, as well as tools to prevent risks and make informed decisions.

It is essential that young people understand that sexual relationships are not just physical, but also have an important emotional and psychological component. Therefore, it is important that young people have sex in a context where they feel comfortable, respected and safe.

Parents, educators and society in general have an important role to play in the sexual education of young people.

In the movie Juno, the protagonist, played by Ellen Page, reacts with surprise and uncertainty after finding out she is pregnant. Juno is a smart and sarcastic teenager who, after a night of casual sex, discovers she is pregnant. At first, she and her friend Bleeker do not know how to deal with the news.

However, Juno's reaction is completely understandable. Pregnancy is a significant event in any woman's life and can have important physical, emotional, and social consequences. It is normal for the news to shock anyone, especially a teenager who is still in the process of development and who has not yet established a stable life plan.

The movie shows how Juno seeks information about the options available to her and how she decides to give the baby up for adoption. This shows her maturity and responsibility in the situation. However, it also shows how she deals with the mixed feelings of her own identity and how the pregnancy affects her image and her relationship with the people around her.

Overall, I believe Juno's reaction is realistic and deeply emotional, making it an honest representation of what can happen when a young person is faced with an unexpected pregnancy. The movie addresses important and complex issues in an authentic and honest way, making it a well-regarded and respected work.

"Hello everyone! I'm glad to be here today to talk about an important topic that concerns us all: early sexual relationships. We know that during adolescence we are often exposed to exciting and new situations that can make us curious about sex. However, it is important for us to understand that early sexual relationships can have important physical and emotional consequences.

That's why today I want to talk to you about the importance of being properly informed to make responsible decisions and avoid dangerous or unwanted situations. First of all, we must be clear that having sexual relationships is something intimate that must always be done in a consensual and responsible way. Additionally, it is important for us to know how to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases to avoid risks for our health.

To be well-informed, we can turn to various reliable sources of information, such as our parents, teachers, doctors, nurses or sexual orientation services. It is never too late to talk about these topics and clarify any doubts we may have.

In summary, guys and girls, sexual education is fundamental to maintaining a healthy and safe sex life. It is important to know how to say "no" when we don't feel prepared or when we are unsure of what we want. So, let's put into practice responsibility and make informed decisions. Thank you."
