After I confirm with the parent I create a NOM and finalize it so I open the IEP. How do I add the additional attempts to remind the parent since the NOM is finalized?

Does cost recovery occur with every meeting or just for those students with related services? Are we noting this and checking # 10 on meeting notice?

For clarity - meetings need to be schedule at least 30 days in advance to allow for 10 days meeting notices. Is this correct?

I had 2 instances this year where students transferred into our district and the parent wanted them retained but no IEP revision was held. Is an IEP meeting mandatory for retention or just best practice?

where do we document our attempts to confirm with the parent? Are they all on the NOM? How do we do that if the NOM is finalized?

what about if a kid fails a class and needs to retake? Do you just put in any year it would fit since school counselors are ones who actually make schedules?
