Once they board, Albus makes a new friend - Scorpius Malfoy - much to Rose's dismay. Scorpius is the son of Draco Malfoy, enemy of Harry Potter. Albus and Scorpius get sorted into Slytherin and they become best friends. James makes fun of him and makes Albus think Harry hates him though. When Harry refuses, Amos gets upset. His 'niece', Delphi (she is not really but we find that out later) strikes up a conversation with Albus, until Amos makes her bring him home. Harry and Albus get into a fight and he makes a plan to go to the Ministry of Magic to steal the Time-Turner and go back to save Cedric. With Delphi, Albus and Scorpius use the Polyjuice Potion to change themselves to look like Hermione, Harry, and Ron. They used the Time-Turner wrong, causing an alternate reality. Once they correct it, they vow to destroy it.
